1. What is the simonstamp.com Affiliate Program?
It's a way for you to earn commissions by placing banner ads or text links, or both, on your website. You'll refer customers to simonstamp.com, and you'll earn cash every time a visitor clicks on through and purchases something at simonstamp.com. Simonstamp.com uses FusionQuest as our Affiliate Service Provider. FusionQuest provides our affiliates with a simple interface to check on sales, impressions, click- throughs and commissions that you have earned from simonstamp.com. Access to site information is password protected. FusionQuest and simonstamp.com do not collect or track any customer information that may be sensitive, such as credit card numbers or private data.

2. How does the simonstamp.com Affiliate Program work?
First, apply to become an affiliate here. If you have a functioning website, your application will be automatically approved. When visitors click on the simonstamp.com links on your website and then complete a qualifying purchase, your account is credited and you will receive a commission.

4. Does it cost anything to become a simonstamp.com affiliate?

5. Is my website eligible?
We automatically approve your application if your website is functioning. However, we reserve the right to terminate your affiliate agreement if your website is one we'd rather not be associated with. For example, porn sites, sites promoting illegal wares, hate sites, or sites involved with spyware. See our affiliate agreement for more details.

6. How much can I earn?
Affiliates earn 25% on each sale when a customer links from a link on your website and completes a qualifying purchase. A cookie is placed on the customer's computer, and we will continue to pay commissions every time that customer buys from us, for 365 days. There is no upper limit on the amount you can earn.

7. How are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid on monthly sales. The minimum payment is $10.00. If you earn less than $10.00, your commissions are carried forward until they reach the minimum payment amount. You may elect to be paid by PayPal, or by check. (Checks are in US dollars, or UK pounds.)

8. How do I keep track of my sales and commissions?
Through the FusionQuest interface you can access real-time reports that provide information on impressions, click-throughs, orders, sales and commissions earned.

9. What happens if a customer I referred returns something?
Most returns are handled by redoing the customer's stamp, at no charge. However, if a customer returns a product for a refund, or if their credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for the commission earned on that transaction.

10. What kind of links may I use on my website?
We have a few advertising banners you may use. However, some affiliates prefer to create a simple text link to simonstamp.com, along with a few words about why they recomend us.

11. Are non-profit sites eligible?
Yes, your non-profit site may become an affiliate of simonstamp.com. Commissions will be paid to your organization.

12. Are all sales eligible for commissions?
All sales through our regular on-line catalog are counted, and earn commissions for you. International sales are included. Sale items are included. However, we do have special catalogs for Federal Government customers (GSA), ITEX (barter) members and dealers. Sales through those channels do not earn commisions at this time.
