1) Production Assistant - FT or PT

An interesting, fast paced job with a variety of responsibilities.

Your day will be spent providing technical assistance to our internet customers (we'll train you), typesetting, proofreading, billing, checking orders, shipping, and operating our state of the art laser engraver. Some of the time you'll be interacting with customers by phone, fax, email and in person.

Openings for one full-time and one part-time person. Hours can be arranged to fit your schedule. A college degree is not required. You will need Windows XP experience, the ability to pay close attention to small details, people skills, and grace under pressure.

Simon's Stamps, Inc. is a growing internet seller of custom products, such as engraved signs, embossing seals and rubber stamps. 2) Internet Marketing Assistant

Help us spread the word about simonstamp.com.

Responsibilities could include search engine advertising, PPC (pay per click) bid management, integrating our website with Federal government online shopping sites, and improving our website.

3) Data Entry Helper

Not just a typing job, this position involves entering new products into our on-line database, using our ASP's GUI. (That is, using our Application Service Provider's Graphical User Interface.) In other words, you;'ll be using Internet Explorer and entering information over the web. Describing the products, creating categories, calculating sizes, etc.

4) Marketing Intern

A paid internship position for summer or one or more semesters.

Get involved with Google Analytics, website design, and strategic marketing. You'll be assigned tasks to match your training and experience needs.
